Nicole came to Australia from Germany to study business administration in 2017. She was drawn to Tasmania due to her love of animals and spends large amounts of her spare time out camping in the bush, and walking the trails.

Nicole excels in her role as Office Manager, balancing accounts and administering payroll. Her organisational skills and attention to detail keep everything on track, allowing the back end of the business to run smoothly. She is often the first and final point of contact, ensuring that each step of the process is documented and followed through to completion.
